USPS sucks and how to file a complaint MyFigureCollection.net
Aw God. I'm soooo pissed off right now.I have been waiting for some cheap anime goods. I had them shipped by regular SAL small packet unregistered.
Unlike with SAL registered, you don't need to sign it to receive it because it's unregistered...
However, the new USPS guy in my neighborhood (seen him first time since last week) assumed it was SAL registered so it requires my signature. Since I'm not home this morning due to my Saturday errands, he left me a missed delivery notice...
IT'S SAL UNREGISTERED YOU IDIOT. there's no tracking umber and no one needs to sign for it. he can just simply drop it off my doorstep or my mailbox like the old USPS guy did.
Now I have to wait until Monday, drive several miles to that old and dirty USPS post, deal with parking, wait in line, deal with their bad attitude and come in late a bit to work.
I can do a redelivery attempt but there's no tracking number to begin with!!!
i can see it will not be a good experience so that's why i'm going to file a complaint.

I plan to speak to the manager directly and tell them that new usps guy needs more training between SAL registered and SAL unregistered.
